Ruling TDP's Verbal Abuse Towards Opposition Leaders

Hyderabad: Tense situation is built up at the assembly today, the third day of the monsoon sessions. The house echoed with slogans in demand for special category status. As soon as the sessions commenced, YSRCP insisted on discussion over the status. The party's MLAs surrounded the speaker's podium and protested against running the session without discussing the matter of public interest. Displaying placards and raising slogans that said special category status is the right of people of AP, Ruling TDP got into verbal abuse on YSRCP leaders, who were peacefully expressing their protest.
TDP used words that were provoking the opposition party leaders and tense situation was built up. TDP leaders started verbal abuse whenever they could get hold of the microphone. The speaker gave access to the ruling party leaders to continue their verbal abuse but cut the access when the leader of opposition tried to speak and reflect the feelings of the people of the state, much to the discontent of YS Jagan. Assembly marshals exhibited over-enthusiasm too. Amidst this chaos, the house was adjourned for ten minutes.
