RTC must be merged in Government

YSR strived for betterment of RTC

Tirupati: The Opposition leader & the YSRCP President Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy demanded that RTC should be merged in the government. He said that pressure will be put on the government in this regard. He participated in the YSRCP RTC Mazdoor Union meeting. Speaking in this context he fired on the government for its attention on planning to increase the tariffs and not paying attention on paying salaries to the RTC workers .

YSR strived for strengthening RTC
The Opposition leader Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy reminded that for five years the beloved leader Y.S.Rajsekhar Reddy ruled without increasing the RTC charges and power tariffs. He said that YSR strived for strengthening RTC and for the welfare of RTC workers. But in Chandrababu’s reign the RTC buses are going away for Government programs. While YSR saw that RTC gets benefited by Rs.280 crores, Chandrababu is behaving in such a way that it is good if RTC is making loses so that he can sell it to private sector. Jagan said that without any protests, any strikes and before any requests from Labor leaders, YSR increased the salaries of the RTC workers, that credit goes to YSR alone!

We are not like Chandrababu…we will do and prove!
‘Am speaking with the inspiration inherited from YSR as his son. It is not important that how long you lived but it is very important that how you lived’ said Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy. He said that everyone wants to become a Chief Minister but Chandrababu alone committed lot of treacherous acts, told several lies to achieve it. He criticized that treachery is a skill Chandrababu learnt in his childhood, which is why he backstabbed his father-in-law to become Chief Minister. Then, Jagan clarified that he is not like Chandrababu and stressed that standing firm on the word is his character.
