Receive the technical knowledge

Prakasam: The YSRCP MP Y.V.Subba Reddy
attended the seminar organized by Darsi Krishi Vignana Kendra in Prakasam
District. Speaking in this seminar the MP mentioned that conducting these type
of programs is very helpful. By doing soil test we get the benefit of assessing
what type of crop is suitable for the land for better yield. He said that
agriculture will be developed when research products were delivered from
laboratory to the farmers, nothing but Lab to Land.

The MP appreciated the Indian Council of
Agricultural Research for bringing technical & scientific knowledge to
everyone’s reach. With this technical knowledge farmers will get benefit in
using correct fertilizers. He expressed anguish that 36 farmers from Prakasam
District have committed suicide after they incurred severe loss in agriculture.
He requested the farmers to receive the technical knowledge and move forward by
getting soil tests done so that they can assess suitable crops & varieties
for their land. He stressed the need for this technical awareness in farmers.
