18 families consoled in three days
Karimnagar: The late Chief Minister, Dr. YS Reddy's daughter, YSRCP president, YS Jagan's sister Sharmila, has undertaken to continue the second phase of the paramarsa yatra in Karimnagar district. As a part of the paramarsa yatra, as Sharmila arrived at Karimnagar, the YSRCP leaders, activists and fans greeted her with joy. Road show was held in Husnabad. Later, she consoled a total of 8 families in the constituency and assured them. Sharmila worshiped YS Rajashekhar Reddy's statue while Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy performed Bhumi pooja.

Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy promised that he will protect and support the family members of those who died of shock hearing the news of Y.S Rajashekhar Reddy’s death in Kurnool. To fulfil the promise made she adhered to the footsteps and continuing the paramarsa yatra. The people were expressing happiness to see the daughter of their great leader Y.S Rajashekhar Reddy.

Unable to digest the shock of sudden death of YS Reddy, overall, 30 people were killed in the district. Sharmila has traveled in the district and consoled a total of 12 families on September 22, 23 and 24. To console the remaining 18 families she started her trip again. Overall Sharmila would cover 481 km in her trip for three days. Along with Sharmila, YSRCP Telangana President, Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy and other Ministers are being a part of this yatra.
