Rain curtails Sharmila’s walk to 6 km on 68th day

Nalgonda, Feb 16, 2013: Smt. Y. S. Sharmila, who has
been undertaking Maro Praja Prasthanam Padayatra on behalf of YSR Congress
Party chief Sri Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, has resumed her walkathon from Mukundapur
in Nalgonda district on the 68th day on Saturday.
Due to heavy rain in the district, Smt. Sharmila’s
Padayatra has been rescheduled and the Padayatra distance curtailed to 6 km for
the original 14.6 km.
Smt. Sharmila’s public
meeting, scheduled to take place at Rajeev Chowk in Miryalaguda at the end of
the day, has also been cancelled.
