Amaravati: YSR Congress Party senior leader Ambati Rambabu said that their party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's historic Praja Sankalpa Yatra was sending shock waves across the ruling TDP as well as troubling Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Speaking to media here today, the YSRCP leader said that every step in the padayatra was taking the party closer to success in the next elections. He said that the party cadre would take up padayatra all over the state on May 14 and 15. On May 16 public meetings would be held before all the collectorates, he pointed out.
Ambati told the media that Chandrababu was a by-product of Congress. He questioned the implementation of government schemes by the ruling TDP. In the last four years the TDP Chief has put the career of his son Nara Lokesh on track but not the state on development track. He called upon people to decimate TDP from the state in the next elections.
The YSRCP leader questioned the AP CM on why he had lied to the people about getting 15 years of Special Category Status to the state.
