Power Charges Go High in AP

Electricity charges saw a hike in AP state.
For the financial year 2016-17, APERC announced new tariff. Due to
the increased charges, industries are going to have a burden of Rs.214 crore.
This is the second time power charges grew after TDP came into power. The new
tariff is going to come to application from tomorrow. Opposition YSRCP strongly
condemned the tariff hike.
