New Delhi: YSRCP MP Vijay Sai Reddy appealed to deputy chairman of Rajya Sabha P.J.Kurian to allow discussion on the private bill introduced in Rajya Sabha regarding special status of AP. He spoke to state that Congress was responsible for the bifurcation of AP. He reminded how crucial special status was for AP. As YSRCP lacked representation to speak for the introduced private bill, he requested for permission to speak about the bill on behalf of YSRCP.
