People's Leader Moved By The Difficulties Of Peanut Farmers

Pulivedula: The leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan, during his tour in Pulivendula, examined peanut fields and spoke to the farmers.He went to the fields in Inagaluru village of Tonduru mandal in YSR district. The farmers explained to him about the problem of the seeds not sprouting.

YS Jagan spoke to the officials of agricultural department about the farmers' problems including the problem of dormancy of seeds. He condemned the distribution of dull quality of seeds to the farmers by the Government and demanded that they were distributed good quality seeds immediately. He assured support to the farmers. Then he called the district collector on phone and appealed for distribution of good quality seeds to the farmers and solution of the problem.
