Call Money racket exposed the TDP leaders involvement in the harassment of women. Official records said atrocities against women increased many fold, Roja said and alleged that TDP leaders Chintamaneni,  Kamineni,  Devineni etc directly involved in the harassment of women.

Earlier in the day, a tense situation prevailed in Hussainapuram in Banaganapalle mandal as the police have cancelled the permission for the YSRCP's women's conclave, which was to be held as part of the Praja Sankalpa Yatra of Leader of the Opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday.

Based on a complaint by few TDP leaders, the permission given to the women's meet was cancelled and the police have made widespread arrests in various parts of the constituency to thwart the meet.
