Peddireddy Dares Chandrababu For Fresh Mandate

Chittoor: YSR Congress Party senior leader Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy challenged AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to seek fresh mandate in 20 Assembly constituencies from where the YSR Congress MLAs defected to ruling TDP  

He said Chandrababu was under wrong impression that TDP won Nandyal Assembly by- elections with the support of people. If it is true, the TDP leader should go for elections in 20 Assembly segments and consider the people's verdict a referendum to his government.  

Peddireddy alleged that Chandrababu was wasting time in the name of Jalaharathi programme when all sections people were suffering.  The TDP leader ridiculed YS Rajasekhara Reddy's dream to supply free power to agriculture during Congress rule. Now, he is showing concern on farmers only to lure. Not a single irrigation project was completed,  he said Chandrababu concentrated only on Pattiseema and Purushottamapatnam projects for monetary gains.
