Padayatra begins for railway zone to AP

Visakhapatnam: Demanding railway zone for Vizag, YSR Congress Party district president Gudiwada Amarnath on Thursday launched a padayatra. Padayatra under the banner of 'Atmagourava Yatra' was flagged off by senior YSRCP leader Botsa Satyanaraya, Dharmana Prasada Rao, Ambati Rambabu and several other leaders. 

The 11-day long Padayatra will cover 162 kms in the district. The YSRCP leaders will try to bring about an awareness among the people on the necessity of railway zone at Vizag. 

After touching Boyapalem, Dhorathota, Bheemili towns, the padayatra will end at Chittivalasa.
