Notices To The Secretary Of AP Assembly

Hyderabad: A petition has been filed in the High Court that AP assembly's in-charge secretary, Satyanarayana, is ineligible for his post. YSRCP MLA of Mangalagiri, Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, filed this petition and the High Court took it up for trial. Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy, the lawyer of RK, took it to the notice of the court that Satyanarayana lacked the qualifications he was supposed to have. The court gave notices to assembly's secretary Satyanarayana, asking the Government to file a counter-petition on this within four weeks.
