Naidu sold out his party to Cong: Sharmila

Firangipuram (Guntur
Dt) March 14, 2013: Continuing her tirades against TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu,
Smt. Y. S. Sharmila said Naidu has covertly sold out his party wholesale to the
Congress.

Abdicating his
responsibility as the opposition leader, Naidu has assumed the new role of a
villain towards the people, she told a public meeting at Phirangipuram in
Guntur district during the course of her Maro Praja Prasthanam Padayatra on 89^th
day on Wednesday.

“While actor-politician
Chiranjeevi merged his erstwhile PRP with the Congress, Naidu has sold out his
party to the Congress and accordingly decided not to support the no-confidence
motion against the Government,” Smt. Sharmila remarked.

She said the state has
gone back by 10 years in the present Congress regime leaving people in
suffering but Naidu has decided not to support the no-trust motion as he has
sold out his party to the Congress leaders.

By refusing to support
the no-confidence motion introduced by YSRCP or TRS, Naidu has lost his
identity as the opposition leader and assumed the new role of villain, she
said, adding, Naidu has proved himself unfit to the leader of the opposition.

Smt. Sharmila said that
by closing his eyes to the troubles of the people, Naidu also proved he has no
heart like a stone. “Teach a fitting lesson to both Congress and TDP at the
appropriate time,” she appealed to the people.
