Naidu Duo Has Deceived Us All

Rajahmundry: YSRCP's official spokesman Chelluboina Venugopala Krishna criticised that CM Chandrababu had mortgaged special category status for Polavaram projects' contracts. He expressed fury towards TDP and BJP for behaving against their promise of taking AP state to the leading position in the whole country in spite of the injustice it suffered due to bifurcation. Speaking on the occasion of Chaitanya Patham programme held at Rajahmundry of East Godavari district, Venu Gopala Krishna complained against the ways followed by the Government in the matter of the state's special category status. He commented that the parties that had given birth to the idea of sanction of special status to the state of AP had themselves killed it later. 

Venu Gopala Krishna reminded how the former PM had proclaimed the importance of special status in order to compensate the losses to be suffered by AP as a result of the bifurcation of the united state. He criticized Chandrababu who had been doing injustice to the people of his state after all the boasting about his being a highly-experienced leader. He remarked that everyone ranging from a little boy to an aged person from the 5 crore people of the state were eagerly waiting for the sanction of the status and the situation was compelling them to come out and hold agitation for it.

Venu Gopala Krishna questioned what TDP and BJP had been doing for the people who had trusted them and voted for them. Commenting that Venkaiah Naidu and Chandrababu Naidu had failed to keep their word in democracy and were practising deceptive politics, he complained that they had mortgaged the special status for their selfish benefits.
