Moving Court Proves Chandrababu’s Guilt

Hyderabad, Sept 1: YSR Congress has said that Chandrababu Naidu’s guilt has been proved when he moved the High Court with a lunch motion petition on the ACB court order to reinvestigate the cash for vote case. ‘We have been telling from the beginning that the involvement of Chandrababu Naidu has been established beyond doubt, his voice was matched and was certified by an accredited agency and now he moving the High Court shows that he is scared of order and hurriedly knocked at the doors of High Court, ‘party senior leader Ummareddy Venkateswarlu told reporters here on Thursday.
Though he has initially brushed it aside as a matter of no significance when the ACB court gave directions under specific sections and set a deadline he was scared and moved the High Court as he was convinced that the matter would take a serious turn. ‘But for his guilt why should he move the court if he has no involvement in the case. The decision to move the court comes close on the heels of TDP Union Minister meeting BJP President Amit Shah and Union Ministers Arun Jaitley and M Venkaiah Naidu at Delhi and later calling on the Governor at Raj Bhavan. The sequence of events point towards the TDP leader searching for escape routes and use people in high offices,’ he said.
We believe in the judiciary and hope that justice will be done in this case though on earlier occasions he could get stay orders or wriggle out in some other form various cases filed against him, he said. The rhetoric of criticizing the opposition on ground of stalling development has been in full play and we demand that the discussions TDP Minister Sujana Choudary had with BJP leader and ministers and the Governor should be made public, he said.
