Lok Sabha Adjourned For No Reason

New Delhi: YSRCP MP, YV Subbareddy, remarked that Lok Sabha had been adjourned for no reason. Speaking to the media on Friday after adjournment of the house, he informed that YSRCP had tried to bring a private member bill in demand of sanction of special category status to AP and expressed concern about the house getting adjourned without any reason.

He slammed the Government for watering down the wish of 5.5 crore people of AP and questioned what was wrong in asking for the implementation of promise made to them. Adding that they were only demanding what was the right of the state, Subbareddy revealed that they would protest against the way they had been oppressed.

Speaker responds positively
YV Subbareddy also mentioned the way the leader of opposition in AP and YSRCP president, YS Jagan, alomg with the party's MPs, had been hindered at Visakhapatnam airport from going to participate in the candlelight rally on January 26 and stated that they had complained to the speaker of Lok Sabha, Sumitra Mahajan about it. He also informed that they had appealed for action on this by the privilege committee and that the speaker had responded on a positive note.
