Legal Notices Issued To AP Government

Delhi: Chadrababu's Government was issued legal notices regarding the temporary secretariat of AP state. A petition was filed at the National Green Tribunal, challenging the permissions given to constructions in Velagapudi. Petitioner Sharma argued that the permissions had flaws. In light of this, National Green Tribunal issued notices to AP Government, the ministry of environment and forests and the state environment authority. Further inquiry was postponed to the 7th of July.
