Left leaders call on Vijayamma

Hyderabad, March 28,
2013: Leaders of the Left parties on Thursday called on YSR Congress Party
honourary president Smt. Y. S. Vijayamma at her Louts Pond residence and sought
support for their on-going struggle against the Government’s decision to hike
the power tariff.

CPM leader
Y.Venkateswara Rao, CPI leader Aziz Pasha and RSP leader Janaki Ramulu, met
Smt. Vijayamma as part of their exercise in meeting leaders of other political
parties and seeking support for their ‘power struggle’.

It might be noted that
the Left parties have given a call for state wide bandh on April 9 protesting
against the power tariff hike and longer power cuts.
