05 Dec 2013 10:17 PM
of the Telangana draft bill as another step towards the destruction of the
state, YSR Congress party Chief Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy called for a bandh
of the Seemandhra area tomorrow.
Notwithstanding the four-month long agitation by the 75
per cent people of the state demanding the Centre to keep the state united,
Congress leadership and the Centre have stooped to the lowest depths of going
ahead with the bifurcation for seats and votes ignoring the majority view, he
stated in a statement.
“I appeal to people of all regions who will suffer the
disastrous consequences of the Union Cabinet’s decision to observe the bandh tomorrow.
All people including students, farmers, employees should voluntarily
participate in the bandh,” he stated in the statement.
