I am Going to Assembly from Tomorrow – MLA Roja
17 Mar 2016 5:09 PM
Hyderabad: YSRCP MLA Roja stated that she had handed over the court orders to the assembly’s general secretary. Speaking to the media at the assembly’s media point, she mentioned that she could not take the problems of her constituency’s people to the notice of the assembly as she had been suspended from the house for a year. She complained that the suspension had hindered her from serving the people who elected her.
Roja announced that she would go to assembly from the next day, as per the court’s orders. As she was not given any questions, she expressed her hope to be allowed to speak at least in the zero hour. She cautioned that any defaming comments delivered against the judicial system similar to what Chandrababu had spoken about YS Jagan when YSRCP president YS Jagan got bail would result in her approaching the court again. Roja added that the court would take action against dishonouring comments uttered about the High Court. She also expressed her content towards the verdict by saying that her trust on judiciary had doubled now.
