High time Naidu introduced no-trust vote

Hyderabad, Feb 2, 2013:
YSR Congress Party MP Mekapati Rajamohana Reddy said on Saturday it is now
clear that Kiran Kumar Reddy-led Congress Government has slipped into minority
in the assembly going by PCC chief Botcha Satyanarayana’s announcement on the
expulsion of 9 of their MLAs.
TDP Chief Chandrababu
Naidu must have been waiting for this great opportunity and it is high time he
introduced no-confidence motion against the Government, Rajamohana Reddy told
reporters here.
“Day in and day out,
Chandrababu Naidu has been criticizing the Government during his Padayatra
saying that it has failed on all fronts. And here is a great opportunity for Naidu
now to ask the Government to prove its majority on the floor of the House,” he
said.
He said the problem for
Naidu, however, is he is very much worried that YSRCP and its president Sri
Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy may take advantage of the situation if a no-trust
resolution is introduced in the assembly.
The state has been
facing a peculiar situation now with the Government losing its majority in the
assembly and Chandrababu Naidu keeping silent on introducing no-confidence
motion, he observed.
