High Court Notices on Construction at Krishna a Slap on Chandrababu's Face

Hyderabad: YSR Congress party senior leader and MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy welcomed the High court direction against  the construction of  official residence of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on the banks of  river Krishna in Vijayawada.

The party leader said that the court strongly objected the Chandrababu's government for constructing the house violating River Conservation Act 1884  which banned any construction activity across river banks. The court issued notices to the government and sought explanation on the illegal construction.

Reddy alleged that Chandrababu has no respect on judiciary and the act. The CM always tried to manage the judiciary and escape from the punishment he deserved. He wondered government alloted 400 acres of land to Jaggi Vasudeva at Krishna river violating the environmental acts
