New Delhi: Inquiry began on party defection. The Supreme Court instructed the High Court to immediately start the trial on the concerned petition and complete it as soon as possible. Soli Sorabji, the senior lawyer argued on behalf of YSR Congress Party.
In light of Chandrababu's slaughtering constitutional ethics by buying 20 MLAs with corrupt money, YSRCP filed a petition with the Supreme Court, requesting for disqualification of the party defecting MLAs. This case came to trial last week but the Supreme Court adjourned the court and instructed the High Court today to give the suggestions to the High Court.
