Kurnool: Leader of Opposition and YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday assured people that pension, Aarogyasree, fees reimbursement and zero percent loans to Dwacra women will be implemented in full to benefit the common man after he becomes the Chief Minister in 2019 elections.
Addressing a mammoth gathering of people at Gorlagutta during his Praja Sankalpa Yatra in the district on Day 13, YS Jagan gave assurance to youths, students and farmers that he will formulate policies to create employment for all the educated youths in the state and to make farming a viable and profitable occupation.
YS Jagan also assured women that loans at a zero percent interest will be reintroduced for them to take up small businesses. Prohibition will be introduced in the state in a phased manner, he said. The padayatra is scheduled to culminate for the day at Hussainapuram. Women complained that their loans were not waivered by the government as promised and ration cards were not issued saying they belonged to YSRCP.
YS Jagan addressed gatherings at Govinda Dinne, Gorlagutta and Hussainapuram.
"Happy to have met an artisan during my #PrajaSankalpaYatra. My priority will be to protect this endangered craft, while providing sustainable upliftment to these families socially, economically and educationally," YS Jagan tweeted.
