Assembly: YSRCP MLA Korumutla Srinivasulu complained that weavers and palm wine extractors were suffering because of power cut and high price of raw material. Speaking in the assembly, he specified that the labourers were facing difficulties with increased prices. Srinivasulu mentioned that the state had many STs and SCs without a proper lifestyle and who were dependent on daily labour for their living. He questioned the Government if it had an intention of decreasing the age limit of the labourers from 60 to 50 as the health situation at 60 would be vulnerable due to physical strain.
