The Government Has To Answer

Hyderabad: APPAC met in assembly committee hall. In the meeting presided by PAC chairman Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, audit and finance department officials attended along with the members of the committee. The committee reviewed the issues of revenue and excise. It demanded answer from the Government regarding the steps taken over the reviews given by the previous PAC. The committee opined that the Government  had to accept to PAC's recommendations and had to report to the PAC and the assembly about the action taken pertaining to them. 

PAC chairman Buggana Rajendranath stated that it had been discussed what steps had been taken by the Government regarding the previous reports and planning had been done on the agenda of the next meeting. Buggana indicates that the Government had to perform its duty lawfully just as the PAC would.
