Efforts Needed To Alleviate Unemployment

Prakasam District: YSRCP MP YV Subbareddy suggested that the Prime Minister Employment Scheme introduced to reduce the percentage of unemployed youth should be taken more into people. He attended the programme conducted on the scheme as the chief guest. He informed that the central Government had brought forward many schemes for the benefit of the unemployed. He stated that Prime Minister Employment Scheme sanctioned Rs.50,000 - Rs.25,00,000 to those who would like to set up industries of their own.
YV Subbareddy called for district industries general manager, Khadi village commission and central government officials to take action in the direction of set up of industries in all districts. Mudra scheme, Start Up India, Stand Up India schemes had been initiated by the central Government to create employment to the youth, he informed. Subbareddy suggested the officials to take these schemes into people in order to achieve the goals of Grameen Vidyudikaran by 2018.
YV SUbbareddy stated that the district had been sanctioned Rs.55 crore by the central Government for Grameen Vidyudikaran and that the officials had been asked to submit the expecditure details of the funds to the central Government. He mentioned that change to LED bulbs was compulsory under energy saving project. He also instructed the officials to supply electricity regularly for agriculture sector.
The MP indicated that TDP's attempts to hinder Gaapagadapaku YSR Congress programme would not succeed. He confided that the programme was being taken forward, exposing TDP's failure.
