Hyderabad: Social welfare
hostels came to mention during the question hour of the assembly’s budget
sessions. Leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan expressed his view
regarding this. He expressed his gladness towards changing social welfare
hostels into residential schools but opined that it was not fair to reduce the
number of hostels. BC welfare minister Kollu Ravindra replied that this would
be taken to consideration.
