Darsi Cong MLA signs on behalf of Jagan

Ongole,
Jan 1, 2013: Darsi Congress MLA B. Sivaprasada Reddy on Tuesday participated in
the ‘Jagan Kosam-Janam Santhakam’ (People’s signature for Jagan) in Prakasam
district and signed the appeal that will be sent to the President of India Sri Pranab
Mukherjee highlighting the harassment that YSR Congress Party president Sri
Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is being subjected to by the CBI.
Along
with Sivaprasada Reddy, his mother Venkayamma and scores of his followers also
signed the appeal on behalf of Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy.
People
lined up at the office of YSR Congress party and other centers here and began
signing the appeal that points out the victimization of Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy
by the CBI. YSR Congress Party launched the programme aiming to collect one
crore signatures on the appeal across the state.
Earlier,
Ongole YSR Congress MLA Balineni Srinivasa Reddy launched the signature
campaign in Ongole town as part of the party’s state wide campaign.
The
party leaders and activists have taken up the programme across the state a few
days ago and district units have begun collecting the signatures of people in
right earnest eliciting good public response.
