Guntur: Leaders of the ruling TDP had conspired and eliminated 49 votes in Guntupalem gram panchayat of Savalyapuram mandal, complained YSRCP leaders. Slamming the unethical act, they complained to the officials against the members of Janmabhoomi Committees, in Janmabhoomi-Gram Sabha programme conducted on Wednesday in the village.
YSRCP's mandal president, Chunduri Venateswarlu, reported to Guntur district SC Corporation official (IAS) and Narasaraopet divisional Janmabhoomi special officer M.Ramarao that welfare schemes were not reaching the eligible people.
Speaking on this occasion, Chunduri slammed favouritistic attitude of officials. Finding fault in eliminating the votes of people living in the village for a long time, he revealed that those who had applied for pension in last year's Janmabhoomi programme, had not been able to enjoy it even now. He took to the notice of the officials, the atrocities of Janmabhoomi Committees' members.
