Chandrababu’s house of secret chambers

Hyderabad: Questioning the rationale behind the building of a mansion with secret chambers by Chandrababu Naidu in the city when the capital city was shifted to Amaravati in a hurry after the cash for vote case, YSR Congress has said that huge amounts were spent for building mansions for Chief Minister while not a single house was built for weaker section during the past three years by TDP government.

‘On earlier occasions, TDP leaders have made a big issue of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s residence which is frequented by party leaders and workers often and stands as an open book while Chandrababu Naidu’s new house in Hyderabad has many secret chambers and is built with a huge amount of public money though he asked the employees to move in a tearing hurry after the cash for vote case,’ party leader Bhumana Karunakara Reddy told reporters here on Tuesday.

Why the new house is built in secrecy and is there a need for such a mansion in Hyderabad when Chandrababu Naidu has eight houses, including camp offices, at eight different locations costing crores of rupees, he said.

His Jubilee Hills houses was refurnished, repairs were carried out at Lakeview Guest House, Serilingampalli farm house, two suites at a star hotel, Lingamaneni river front house in Vijayawada, camp office at Velagapudi and now the new house and all the works were carried out with public money while not  a single house was built for weaker sections, he said.

It is not the capital city of Amaravati that is being built on international standards but it is the residence of Chandrababu Naidu that is coming up in Hyderabad which matches global standards and must be having bunkers to hide from public ire, he said.
The house in Hyderabad has been coming up after shifting the administration lock, stock and barrel to Velagapudi and the construction details were kept secret while there was talk of the extravaganza, he said adding that on earlier occasion TDP leaders have spread rumours about the grandeur of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s house.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s grandfather YS Raja Reddy was an Income Tax payee while Chandrababu Naidu’s father was not, he said.
