Chandrababu's False Publicity

Eluru: The leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan slammed the false publicity being done by CM Chandrababu Naidu about special category status. Speaking at Yuvabheri programme held at Sri Convention Hall of Eluru in West Godavari district, he spoke to raise awareness among the youth and the students regarding the subject. He condemned Chandrababu and BJP leaders for violating their poll promises, particularly special category status and forgetting all about it after coming into power. He reminded how the parties had promised the status in the parliament before bifurcating the united state. YS Jagan criticised the way the parties' leaders were now stating the special category status was of no use.

Reminding how YSRCP had been fighting on various occasions for the cause, he commented that the status had been announced at that time to cover up the irregular division of the state. He showed video footage as evidence for how Chandrababu and Venkaiah Naidu had kept changing their tone pertaining to the matter. YS Jagan criticised the way the finance commission was being projected as the villain in order to mortgage the status.
