Chandrababu Naidu is good at cheating: Balineni

“According to a Saints curse, if Chandrababu says truth, his head will break into 1000 pieces” -YS Rajashekhar Reddy himself mentioned in the past. It is turning into reality today. Babu said “All free” during elections, however, based on the present statement – “Situation of the State is in a poor condition” it is completely visible that what he said is just to mould the people and grab their votes during elections to become a Chief Minister – stated YSRCP State leader and former minister Balineni Srinivasa Reddy.

With the support of the Joint Action Committee, RTC staff members are participating in the 5th day RTC strike in the local RTC bus stand wherein Balineni attended as a chief guest and addressed the staff members. He shared his distress regarding the statement made by Minister for Transport Sidda Raghava Rao, “The State would not hesitate to invoke the Essential Services Maintenance Act (ESMA) against the striking RTC staff if the situation warranted”.

He reminded that during Chandrababu Naidu’s time in power in the year 2001, RTC employees were on strike for 24 days. He showed his power and tried to snub the efforts of the RTC employees by allowing police to take lathi charge on people. But, finally RTC employees succeeded in fulfilling their demands. The same will repeat now. So, “It would be better for the TDP government, to understand the reasons for the strike from the RTC employees’ perspective and check for their genuine demands and resolve the problems” – demanded Balineni.

“There is a lot of discrimination with respect to the wages of Chief Officers and Normal employees of RTC. This clearly portrays the injustice done to the RTC employees” – said party Kondapi constituency incharge Varikuti Ashok babu. He promised to be supporting the RTC employees till end. There was a misconception that Babu has changed, and people have showered their votes to him. But, the present scenario of how he is treating the RTC employees clearly depicts that, in reality he hasn't been changed at all - stated party official spokes person Battula Brahmananda Reddy.
