Chandrababu had vested interest in Krishnapatnam Port

Tirupati: YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader and former Lok Sabha member Vara Prasad said that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu lost the right to rule the State after failing to deliver on the 600 election promises he made in 2014.
Speaking at a press conference here today, Vara Prasad felt that it was shameful on Chandrababu's part to fail to fulfil a single poll promise.
Vara Prasad said that the Telugu Desam Party Chief was the only reason behind the failure in setting up of the Dugarajapatnam Port. "Chandrababu had a vested interest in the Krishnapatnam Port, which is why the Dugarajapatnam Port was compromised. People of the region have been let down by Chandrababu's ineffectiveness in building the Mannavaram project. Only the YSRCP Chief can take necessary steps to construct the project," he said.
