Hyderabad, Dec 1: Telangana YSR Congress party has demanded ex-gratia to those who died in the queues post demonetization and condemned the government for lack of preparation to tackle the situation arising out of the pulling out of high value notes.
‘Not just ATMs now even Banks have put up No Cash boards and for the past 23 days it is a chaotic situation and we demand ex-gratia of Rs 10 lakh to the family of those who died in the queues ’ party Telangana President Gattu Srikanth Reddy told reporters here on Thursday.
The state has been harassing the common man while the biggies, even if they are defaulters, are being untouched, he said. The cash crunch has been affected various sectors and the government should wake up, he said.
