'Budget session conducted in most undemocratic manner

Velagapudi: YSR Congress Party chief and Leader of the Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that the 14 days of AP assembly budget session was conducted in a most undemocratic manner. The TDP leaders are not willing to debate on any issue. 
"TDP MLAs took up most of the time in speaking about irrelevant issues but I was not given an opportunity to speak about student welfare issue such as the question paper leak case," YS Jagan said.
