Appa Rao is YSRCP candidate in MLC polls

Hyderabad, March 7,
2013: Aadireddy Appa Rao, a backwards classes leader from Rajahmundry, will
contest as the YSRCP candidate in the forthcoming MLC polls.

The party announced his
name officially here on Wednesday. Appa Rao will file his nomination papers as
the party candidate on March 9. Elections will be held on March 21 to fill 10
vacancies in Legislative assembly from the MLAs constituency.

The party leadership
finalized his candidature in view of the party’s stated policy of giving
importance to the BCs in the party.
