AP Govt. Faces Stay on Amaravathi

Hyderabad: AP Government had to face a blow at the joint High Court in the matter of implementing Swiss Challenge system for construction of the state's capital city. The court imposed a temporary stay on the system's implementation and adjourned the case to the 31st of October. The High Court ordered the Government for couterfiling.
Aditya constructions and NVS Engineers Pvt. Ltd. from Chennai had approached the High Court challenging the implementation of Swiss Challenge system for the development work of Amaravathi. The opposition parties have also been complaining about loopholes in the system.
