Ambati To File A Complaint Against Kodela To The EC

Hyderabad: YSRCP's official spokesman Ambati Rambabu is going to file a complaint on his opponent at 2014 elections, TDP MLA of Sattenapalli and assembly speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao with the Elections Commission. He took appointment from Chief Electoral Officer Bhanwar Lal for this purpose. He is going to meet Bhanwar Lal at 3pm today at the elections commission office in the secretariat.

Kodela mentioned in a recent TV interview that he had spent Rs.11.50 crore in the last elections for canvassing. A candidate is not supposed to spend more than Rs.28 lakh for canvassing as per the Elections Commission regulations. Hence, Ambati is going to report on the violation of the elections regulations by Kodela Siva Prasad.
