Vijayawada: YSR Congress party farmers wing president MVS Nagi Reddy lambasted the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for being unfair to the States’ farmers.

He said that Chandrababu has no right to say Anna Daata Sukhibhava as he has driven them further into debts. Talking to the media YSRCP leader remarked that the leader of opposition Andhra Pradesh Assembly and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has come up with the Rythu Bharosa scheme almost two years ago for the welfare of farmers.

He questioned Chandrababu’s claim that Rs 10,000 will be handed over to farmers, as he is also seen saying that the centre’s contribution Rs 6000 will never be granted. Nagi Reddy called it hoodwinking the farmers again.

YSRCP farmers wing observed that AP has been turned into a drought state under the reign of Chandrababu and the farm loan waivers have not been paid by the government. Nagi Reddy ridiculed that drought and Chandrababu go hand in hand.

Chandrababu has got no guts to ask people to vote for him after such a pathetic administration and TDP is not going to secure deposits in this upcoming elections he concluded.
